Subscription FAQ
Do the paid plans differ in features?
No. BASIC, ADVANCED and TOP all include exactly the same tools – they differ only in the monthly volume you can create with them. The only thing that locks any features away is the line between the free plan and the paid ones.
What happens when I use up my monthly volume?
You won't be charged anything extra. AI features are temporarily limited until your next billing period starts, or you can upgrade your plan right away. The app warns you as soon as you reach 80% usage, so running out never catches you off guard.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, right in the app. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrading and cancelling take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, forever, and no payment card required. It includes AI chat, the translator, presentations, copywriting and documents; AI Images, social posts and the paraphraser in limited amounts. AI audio and the AI Detector are paid-plan only.
Will I get an invoice with a VAT ID?
Yes. You enter your billing details, including your VAT ID, at checkout, and you'll find your invoices in your account afterwards. The issuer is the Czech company Explicaire s.r.o. – you can find the details on the about the company page.
Do I pay monthly, or a year upfront?
Monthly only. We don't offer annual commitments – the subscription runs month by month and ends whenever you decide.
