Previews

Post previews for each network.

A preview in the network’s style helps you assess the copy, image and opening lines. Edit text and media directly in the post.

Multiple images create an Instagram carousel. The preview is indicative — actual display can differ by device and social-network changes.

  • A post card for each of the four networks
  • Edit copy and image in the preview
  • Two or more images = Instagram carousel
  • History of all generated posts

Publishing

Schedule Facebook post publishing.

Facebook allows automatic publishing from 10 minutes to 30 days ahead. You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled post.

For Instagram, LinkedIn and X, prepare content in the calendar and initiate publishing manually. Instagram requires an image. A calendar date alone does not mean automatic sending.

  • Facebook: native scheduling from 10 minutes to 30 days
  • LinkedIn and X: publish in one click
  • Instagram: prepare for a date, confirm on the day
  • Status and link to the published post

Where content comes from

Use what you already have prepared.

Connect a product, property, trip or role card. When creating a post, use its details and photos without entering them again.

Content can also follow a campaign, article or sales copy. Check the details, wording and selected channel before publishing.

  • A record as context — facts and photos from the card
  • From campaign straight into the calendar
  • A post for a finished article or piece of copy

How it works

How to create a post and add it to the calendar

Depending on where your content starts.

  1. 01

Write what it should be about

A few sentences about an offer, event or occasion. The tone is completed from brand personalization.

  2. 02

Choose a network and number of variants

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X; one to five variants; with images, without, or a mix.

  3. 03

    Choose from variants

See each proposal as a finished post card. Edit both copy and image directly in the preview.

  4. 04

    Drag it to the calendar

Choose the day, time and channel. Facebook publishes automatically; for other networks you confirm publishing.

Frequently asked questions about social media posts

What can Social Media in GuideGlare do?

A post generator, network-specific previews, a content calendar and publishing. Enter a topic and get up to five variants — for example, an Instagram caption or longer LinkedIn copy — choose one, schedule it in the calendar and publish.

Which networks do you support?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. You can write and prepare for all four; however, networks differ in what can be published automatically — see the table above.

Can it schedule Instagram posts too?

No. Native advance scheduling that publishes a post by itself is available only for Facebook. Prepare Instagram, LinkedIn and X in the calendar for a particular day and time, but you confirm publishing — in one click for LinkedIn and X. We do not promise automatic Instagram scheduling because we could not keep that promise.

How far ahead can I schedule?

For Facebook, from 10 minutes to 30 days — the window the network itself permits. If you choose a later date, it is not an error: the post remains Ready for that day and you schedule it when the window opens.

Can I add photos to a post?

Yes. When generating, choose image mode: no images, with images or mix. Add images from the gallery, your computer or a record card, or create them in AI Images. Instagram will not let you continue without an image, and two or more images switch the preview to a carousel.

Can it make reels or video?

No. Posts are text and image based. GuideGlare neither creates nor publishes video or reels.

Where do I connect accounts?

In Integrations. Connect a network account, GuideGlare finds your Facebook pages and profiles, and you give them your own name and colour. For every action, choose whether it may always proceed or should ask first.

Does it write in our tone?

Yes, if you have completed brand personalization — your tone, principles and audience are included in every proposal. Set them in Brand Voice.

Does it show post statistics and performance?

No. GuideGlare prepares, schedules and publishes posts, but does not collect reach and interaction analytics — use each network’s own tools for that.

Can I make posts from products or properties?

Yes. Attach a post to a record — a product, property, trip or role card — and AI uses its facts and photos. You do not have to copy them out, and no parameters are invented.

What happens if publishing fails?

The post receives a Failed status and remains in the calendar, so you know about it and can try again. When publishing succeeds, a link to the network post is saved instead.

Is it included in the free plan?

You can write and plan on the free plan too — proposals count against the monthly token allowance. Publishing to a network runs through integrations, which have their own monthly number of calls and a small allowance on the free plan. Details are on the Pricing page.
